There is 3 main roleplay functions within the community:

  1. San Andreas Police Force & Emergency Services
    1. San Andreas Fire Brigade
    2. San Andreas Ambulance Service
    3. Office of the Sheriff
  2. Civilian Operations
    1. Local Government
    2. Non-gang related civilians
  3. Gang Operations
    1. Gangs/crime families/oranganised crime groups

Each roleplay function shall be lead by a community member designated by the Community Manager and shall have the title as Roleplay Coordinator.

Roleplay Coordinator

The roleplay cooridnator is not a staff position and is there to mentor, advise and provide guidance to other members of the roleplay function.

The key responsibilities of the Roleplay Coordinator are:

  • Provide guidance to members of the roleplay function,
  • Be the point of esclation for any internal grievances that may raise,
  • Report to the Senior Leadership Team on roleplay activity and operations,
  • Raise and promote any roleplay innovations to the Senior Leadership Team,
  • Set the standard of roleplay within the roleplay function,
  • Monitor roleplay activities to ensure they are realistic to the Australian environment

Roleplay coordinators shall meet with the Senior Leadership Team at least once a quarter.
