There shall be a Membership Review Panel (MRP) consisting of the following members:

  1. The Assistant Community Manager (chair),
  2. 3x senior members appointed by the Community Manager

Whereas a matter is in relation to a member of the MRP, that member shall remove themself from the review panel for the duration of the matter. 

Authority of the Membership Review Panel

The MRP shall have the following authority delegated to them:

  1. Suspend a member from the community for a period not exceeding 12 months; and
  2. Recommend a termination of membership; and
  3. Recommend mandatory training; and
  4. Revoke access to Teamspeak for a period not exceeding 3 months; and
  5. Revoke access to Discord for a period not exceeding 3 months; and
  6. Revoke access to the Community Web Systems for a period not exceeding 3 months; and
  7. Place a member on a Conditional Membership for a period not exceeding 2 years

Should the MRP believe further action is required or the termination of membership is recommended, then the matter shall be esclated to the Community Manager.

Procedural Fairness

Members should expect to receive procedural fairness in all matters under review. This includes the following expectations:

  • Members under review will be given an uninterrupted opportunity to state their version of events,
  • Have all facts disclosed to them during the process,
  • Have the right to appeal any decision within 21 days to the Community Manager

The Membership Review Panel should be the last resort in seeking a resolution. Where possible all matters should be dealt with "in-character" in the context of roleplay and the relevant established processes.
